• When placing an order in the pharmacy for your veterinary prescription other information is collected such as pet name and other identifying information regarding your pet. We also collect veterinarian name and contact information in the pharmacy enabling us to fulfill your prescription.
• Certain personal information is also collected when you use our services, such as speak to your account representative, chat with customer service, sign up for our email or catalog, sign up for SMS text, enter a sweepstake or contest, participate in survey, use our Make an Offer option, add a product to a Wish List, or ask to be added to a product Wait list.
  If you choose to provide a review or rate a product, by entering your name, email, a star rating, and short message, you have authorized us to disclose this information to other shopper interested in that product.
