Who Can Join?
Wholesale and Tax exempt customers are not eligible for Lambert Loyalty. All other customers who are purchasing at full price can join.
How do I join Lambert Loyalty?
By logging into your Lambert Vet Supply account you will be automatically enrolled in the program and start receiving credits.
How is the 1% back issued?
All Loyalty credits are issued as merchandise store credits, which is automatically applied to your account and can be easily redeemed at checkout.
How do I use my store credits?
After the 30 day window has passed, credits will automatically be issued to your account to either view in "my account" or select to use as a purchase option in checkout.
How do I view my credits?
Log into your Lambert Vet Supply account and your credits will be viewable at the top.
How long does it take for my rewards to hit my account?
Your store credit will be applied to your account within 30 days and can be used on your next purchase during checkout when selected. Store credit cannot be used for gift cards.
Why do my rewards show pending?
Credit may show as “pending” if it has not yet been applied to your account. Credit will be applied within 30 days of purchase.
Why didn't I get all my credits?
1% credits will only be issued to the subtotal of cart. You will not receive credits for tax cost or shipping cost. You also will not receive credits for credits used.
