• Prescription Order Acceptance and Cancellation

• All prescription items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • By Lambert Vet Supply partnership with Pet's Choice Pharmacy for dispensing prescriptions, you acknowledge the FDA and Kansas Board of Pharmacy guideline for pharmacies on pharmaceutical returns. If you have already placed your order and no longer want to be bound to this agreement, then you must promptly cancel your order by calling 800-344-6337. Please act promptly and note that canceling an order may carry a cancellation fee, restocking fee, or other fees. Once a prescription order has shipped it is the property of the client and cannot be returned.
  • If you are looking for a specific expiration date for a product, we advise you to call us before placing your order as you will not be able to return your order if the expiration date is not to your satisfaction.
  • Prescription orders cannot be processed without a valid veterinarian's prescription. If the valid prescription for the item(s) ordered is not received from your veterinarian within 10 business days from the date of your order, your order will be cancelled.
  • Temperature Sensitive Prescription items that must be kept at cool temperatures to ensure potency will automatically have a Styrofoam cooler with iced added, which adds an additional $4.25 charge to the order and will follow same shipping rules as vaccines, only shipping the first of the week.

• All Vaccines are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Because vaccines are a temperature sensitive item and must be kept at cool temperatures to ensure potency, Lambert Vet Supply only ships Overnight or 2nd Day Service.
  • All vaccine orders automatically have a styrofoam cooler with ice added, which adds an additional $4.25 charge to the shopping cart.
  • When you receive your order, the ice packs will be melted but they will have already done their job protecting your biologicals. Be sure to keep your vaccines refrigerated until you are ready to use them. Never freeze a vaccine or biological. All biologicals instruct that you use the entire contents when first opened. All our vaccine handling controls are based upon advice from the manufacturer, professional consultation, and internally tested control procedures.
  • Vaccines are only shipped early in the week. Please see Shipping Policy for details.

• Rabies Shots are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Rabies are a vaccine and a temperature sensitive item. It will have the same method of shipment as vaccine orders, listed above, including automatically adding a styrofoam cooler with ice for $4.25 to order total and expedited shipping during the first of the week only.
  • Please note that because it is unlawful in many states to purchase Rabies Shots from any source other than a licensed veterinarian, Lambert Vet Supply is only able to ship Rabies Shots to those states in which it is legal. If you live in a state where it is unlawful to ship Rabies Shots, Lambert Vet Supply will note this upon receiving your order and will notify of the product removal and credit being returned to the method of payment.
  • Read This Before You Order Rabies Vaccine: The states of AK, AL, AR, CA, CT, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, ME, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OR, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, WV and WY. have laws prohibiting the shipment of rabies vaccine to these states. State laws are often changed so this list cannot be considered complete. In addition, some state and local laws require that rabies vaccine be administered by a licensed vet only and make it illegal for you to vaccinate your own animal or refuse to recognize the vaccination if you do it yourself. Before you order rabies vaccines, investigate your local laws and regulations. Do not order unless you find it is legal for you to buy and administer rabies vaccine to your animal.

• Unavailability of Product

  On occasion, you may be able to submit your order for processing, but your order is subsequently canceled due to unavailability of product. You acknowledge that products may sell quickly and there may be a short period of time after an order has been submitted, where the product is no longer available. • All Special - Order Product is non-returnable and non-refundable.
  Certain products on our site are special order. These products are not able to be added to your cart. To place an order please phone 800-344-6337. Payment is required at the time order is placed. Product shipping will be delayed up to an additional 10 days. Please see Shipping Policy for more details.

• Auto-Ship & Save
  Save 5% on Selected Autoship items for First Order and 5% on all Future Selected Autoship Item Reorders. Autoship is an easy way for items to be automatically delivered on a regular schedule. Autoship is easily managed online and can be canceled at anytime. Simply choose how often you want to receive your items, and it will be automatically delivered to your doorstep. A discount is applied to all autoship orders. Shipping is included on orders over $100. An email reminder is sent 3 days before the autoship is scheduled for shipment. Order frequency, next order date and/or quantity can be changed in the 'autoship' section in your account. Changes to orders may be made anytime within 24 hours of the next scheduled order date. At this time, autoship is only available on select items. Items that have the Autoship & Save icon are available for autoship subscription deliveries. • Payment Methods

  • We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
  • Notice to Debit Card Users
    If you are using a debit card today, it is our company policy to pre-authorize the funds for your debit card purchase. You will only be invoiced for the exact total of your order, including shipping. The pre-authorization amount can be as much as twice the total amount depending on your sale.
