The WeatherBeeta ComFITec Sweet Itch Shield Combo Neck Sheet offers head to tail protection for sensitive horses. It provides protection from UV rays, sun bleaching, parasites, and insects avoiding irritation and skin allergies such as sweet itch.

Made from a strong 600 denier ripstop outer that's highly breathable, with lined shoulders to help prevent rubbing and stretching, it has an elasticized and adjustable belly wrap and full wrap tail flap for ultimate protection along with an ear hood with elastic insert around the ears to ensure the neck area of the blanket stays in place for complete protection and added comfort.

Great but size down

I have other Weatherbeeta blankets and this one runs about 4 inches larger. Because it's so big, with the large tail flap, the extra weight drags off her rump and isn't the most comfortable so I'll take a tuck.
It's a great and very protective sheet. It is not an open weave mesh and my horse does sweat in it in my hot climate. Still ideal for the worst of gnat season with very good coverage, or all summer in a milder latitude.

Wish they would make a color other than white but is it great and less expensive than the Shire sweet itch combo
