Durvet® Ivermectin Pour-On Dewormer for Cattle
Durvet® Ivermectin Pour-On is a broad-spectrum parasiticide for the treatment and control of internal and external parasites in cattle. Formulated with 5 mg of ivermectin per mL, it provides convenient, low-volume topical application and up to 28 days of horn fly control. For cattle only.

What It Kills:
- Gastrointestinal roundworms, including inhibited Ostertagia ostertagi (brown stomach worm)
- Lungworms
- Cattle grubs
- Horn flies
- Sucking lice
- Biting lice
- Sarcoptic mange mites
Ingredients:
Active Ingredient: Ivermectin 5 mg/mL
Dosage and Administration:
Administer 1 mL per 22 lbs of body weight. Apply along the topline in a narrow strip extending from the withers to the tailhead.
Each 5 mL treats 110 lbs of body weight. When the required dose falls between measuring marks, use the next higher increment.

An applicator gun is recommended for 2.5 L and 5 L containers due to the solvents used in the formulation.

When to Treat Cattle for Grubs:
For best results, treat cattle as soon as possible after the end of the heel fly (warble fly) season. Killing cattle grub larvae while they are in sensitive tissues may cause adverse reactions, including bloat or neurological signs.
Cattle treated at the end of the fly season may be treated again during winter without danger of grub-related reactions. Consult your veterinarian for guidance on a parasite control program.
Storage:
Store at or below 77°F (25°C) and protect from light. Temperature excursions up to 104°F (40°C) are permitted. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.
Precautions:
- Use outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
- Do not treat cattle when their hair or hide is wet.
- Do not use if rain is expected to wet cattle within 6 hours after treatment.
- For topical application to the skin only. Do not administer orally or by injection.
- If the product becomes cloudy after storage below 32°F, allow it to warm to room temperature to restore its normal appearance.
- Do not apply to skin affected by mange scabs, lesions, dermatosis, or adherent material such as caked mud or manure, as effectiveness may be reduced.
- Not recommended for use in species other than cattle. Ivermectin has been associated with adverse reactions in sensitive dogs.

Not safe or approved for human use. Misuse may result in severe personal injury or death. Do not use for the treatment of COVID-19 in humans.

Environmental Precautions:
Do not contaminate water through direct application or improper disposal of drug containers. Dispose of containers in an approved landfill or by incineration.
