Equiderma Zinc Oxide Paste

Equiderma Zinc Oxide Paste is used as your first defense against Pastern Dermatitis, commonly known as scratches, greasy heel, dew poisoning, or mud fever. The antifungal and antibacterial properties in this formula help to destroy any offending causal organisms to get your horse back on track quickly. Protects and soothes cracked skin resulting from cold or prolonged moisture exposure.

Creates a protective barrier so pasterns stay dry and safe from further invasion. Also provides 100% sunblock and allows sunburn prone horses to enjoy life in the sun again. An important factor when dealing with pastern problems related to ultraviolet light sensitivity.

not sure yet- use it for my mares mid-line for no-see-ums

bought it to help with the midges. Not sure if it helps or not but at least my mare isnt running away when i put it on unlike swat and other strong natural oil products.

Great Stuff

This stuff is great. It smells like lavender. I used to use Desitin or total zinc oxide on my gelding's sunburned white nose but he hates that smell. No problem with this. Also we had bad rain rot and skin conditions in Florida last summer. This stuf
