The Oster® Cryogen-X™ Size 7 Skiptooth Detachable blade leaves 1/8". The shortest of the skip tooth blades, the Size 7 is for use on very matted dog coats. The Size 7 Skip Tooth blade cuts through mats that other length blades cannot penetrate. The coat is more accessible to the cutting blade because of the flat design of this blade. The teeth are more open which allows the coat to be cut easier than the 7F blade with its full teeth.
