Holiday Closing/Shipping Hours

There will be no shipping on the following days due to Lambert Vet Supply offices holiday closings and our shipping carriers' holiday schedules.

What is autoship?

Autoship is an easy way for items to be automatically delivered on a regular schedule. Autoship is easily managed online and can be canceled at anytime. Simply choose how often you want to receive your items, and it will be automatically delivered to your doorstep. A discount is applied to all autoship orders. Shipping is included on orders over $69.

An email reminder is sent 3 days before the autoship is scheduled for shipment. Order frequency, next order date and/or quantity can be changed in the 'autoship' section in your account. Changes to orders may be made anytime within 24 hours of the next scheduled order date.

At this time, autoship is only available on select items. Items that have the Autoship & Save icon are available for autoship subscription deliveries.


How do I use autoship?

To use autoship, select the autoship option displayed on the product’s page. Select the preferred delivery frequency, and then add the item to the shopping cart to checkout as usual.

How do I make changes to my autoship order?

Changes can be made to autoship orders in the Autoship section of your account. Changes may take up to 24 hours to be processed. Change an order date:

  • To change the next order date, navigate to the Recurring Orders tab under My Account. Select VIEW/EDIT DETAILS beside the order you want to update. Then enter the new shipping date in the Next Order section. Please note, this will change the order date for the entire order and also affect the order frequency. Order frequency will be adjusted based on the new shipping date selected.
  • Changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the next shipment date.

Change order frequency:

  • To change the order frequency for an autoship item, navigate to the Recurring Orders tab under My Account and choose VIEW/EDIT DETAILS. The current order frequency is shown next to each item in a dropdown menu. Select the desired frequency from the dropdown menu.
  • Changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the next shipment date.

Cancel autoship:

  • To cancel an autoship item, navigate to the Recurring Orders tab under My Account and choose VIEW/EDIT DETAILS. Click on the CANCEL THIS ORDER button below the payment method dropdown menu. Once you have selected and confirmed your cancellation, your autoship subscription will be canceled and no future orders will be placed. An email notification confirming this action will also be sent to your email on file to confirm your cancellation.
  • Changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the next shipment date.

Can I view my future orders?

All future orders are displayed in the Recurring Orders tab under My Account.


Can I add items to my next existing autoship?

Yes. After logging in to your account, visit the product page of the item you want to add to your order. Check the Autoship check box. Then you will have the option to add the item for a one-time order or as an autoship item.


How do I make changes to my autoship account information?

All billing/shipping information is changed in the main My Account page. If you log in to your account, you can see where to change shipping/billing information.


What payment types are accepted for autoship?

Credit or debit card payment is required for autoship orders. Gift cards, PayPal and other alternative payment forms, cannot be accepted at this time.


Autoship Terms

Autoship subscriptions will ship automatically until you cancel the autoship subscription. By placing this order, you are authorizing Lambert Vet Supply to charge your payment card for all future orders at the frequency and quantity you selected.
