This is the PetLift Clamp-on Grooming Post, an apparatus which can be clamped to the edge of a table. This device has a long neck with a horizontal shaft at the top, equipped with a small metal loop from which you can attach harnesses. Harnesses are not included with this grooming post.
This grooming post is made of 14-gauge stainless steel, and the height can be adjusted from 12" to 40," so you can customize the height for each pet. The clamp of this grooming post can latch onto table tops up to 1" thick.
