Activated Attapulgite is a heat activated mineral clay that absorbs toxins and toxic materials present in the gut of animals with symptoms of diarrhea. This absorbent action helps to relieve the irritation, discomfort and cramping associated with diarrhea. Directions Shake well before using. Dosage Puppies and Kittens: 1 to 2 tsps. every 4 hours Dogs and Cats: 1 to 3 tbsp every 4 hours Foals and Calves: 2 to 4 oz every 2 to 3 hours Cattle and Horses: 6 to 8 oz every 3 hours Pigs: 1 to 2 tsp every 3 to 4 hours Hogs: 2 oz per 100 lbs body weight every 3 to 4 hours NOTE: DOSAGE SHOULD BE ADJUSTED AS NECESSARY WARNING: If clinical signs persist after 2 or 3 days, diagnosis should be redetermined Ingredients Activated Attapulgite, 750 mg per 5 mL (teaspoonful) in a base containing citrus pectin, magnesium trisillicate, water, flavors and sodium saccharin (an artificial sweetening agent) Cautions Use only as directed For veterinary use only Not for human use Keep out of reach of children
