Quad Dewormer 68mg Medium 26-60 lbs Dog 2ct

Dosage and Administration: Quad Dewormer Chewable Tablets for Dogs may be given directly in the mouth or offered in a small amount of food. You should weigh your dog to make sure you are using the right size and number of tablets. Administer to dogs and puppies* only as follows:

Dosage:

For Small Dogs:
2-4 lbs........1/2 tablet
5-7 lbs........1 tablet
8-12 lbs........1 1/2 tablets
13-18 lbs........2 tablets
19-25 lbs........2 1/2 tablets

For Medium Dogs:
26-30 lbs........1 tablet
31-44 lbs........1 1/2 tablets
45-60 lbs........2 tablets

For Large Dogs:
45-60 lbs........1 tablet
61-90 lbs........1 1/2 tablets
91-120 lbs........2 tablets

*NOT FOR USE IN PUPPIES LESS THAN 3 WEEKS OF AGE OR DOGS WEIGHING LESS THAN 2 LBS.

Quad Dewormer (praziquantel/pyrantel pamoate/febantel) is a FDA-approved drug that combines three active ingredients, praziquantel, pyrantel pamoate and febantel, to safely and effectively remove common intestinal worms in dogs. These three ingredients each have a mode of action that enables Quad Dewormer to remove seven different species of intestinal worms.

SIDE EFFECTS: Isolated incident of either vomitting, bloody stool or watery/profuse stool have been reported following treatment. If these signs are absrved and they presist, consult your veterinarian.
