Oster^® Turbo A5^™ Single Speed runs at over 3100 strokes per minute and uses A5 blades. This clipper is recommended for the professional groomer only. Too much power for a novice. This clipper is made to save time when tackling large breeds such as Old English Sheep Dogs, Collies, Chow Chows or English Springer Spaniels, that need shaved down because of extremely heavy or matted coats. Blade model numbers and their lengths will dictate the finish you will achieve.

What is Cryogenics? Cryogenics is a tempering process that deep freezes Oster^® blades to 300 degrees F below zero. The outcome of deep cryogenics is to dramatically increase the steels durability. To a groomer, this means not only do Cryogen-X blades start out sharp - they stay sharp longer. Cryogen-X blades require less sharpening than conventional blades.

Detachable blades make blade changing easy. Precision ground blades are durable and provide sharp cutting accuracy. The patented Universal Motor moves the blades against the combs with more precision and power enabling you to cut hair cleanly and efficiently. This clipper can perform through thick or thin or even coarse, wet, damp or dry hair.
