people acknowledge good service. I think customer service is the main
stay of any business. As a business person, I appreciate it when

gem you have in your customer representative Shannon. I have been doing
business with your company for about 5 years. I always call and ask for
Shannon. Why? Because she never lets me know if she is having a bad
day. She is cheerful, chatty and makes sure I order the right product.
I do dog rescue. Shannon always asks about my dogs. She lets me know if
my prescriptions have run out. She advises me on special items that I
might need because of what I'm ordering. Is she pushing your products?
Yes, I suppose she is, but I always have the feeling she is suggesting
the items because she knows I'm forgetful and she is trying to help me.
Because of Shannon, I have referred hundreds of people to your company.
I am a professional dog trainer. I teach over 100 dogs per week for a
series of 8 weeks. That’s a lot of referrals in a year's time. I also
do dog rescue. I recommend you to all my rescue buddies. I give out a
home made card with Shannon's name and number on it with all my
adoptions. I tell my people that Shannon will take care of them and she
does. In today's time, big business would do well to take care of their
valued employees. A happy employee is always an asset to the company.
You might be able to replace the employee with a smaller salary but you
