Because of Shannon, I have referred hundreds of people to your company. I am a professional dog trainer. I teach over 100 dogs per week for a series of 8 weeks. That’s a lot of referrals in a year's time. I also do dog rescue. I recommend you to all my rescue buddies. I give out a home made card with Shannon's name and number on it with all my adoptions. I tell my people that Shannon will take care of them and she does. In today's time, big business would do well to take care of their valued employees. A happy employee is always an asset to the company. You might be able to replace the employee with a smaller salary but you can not replace the experience that made the employee valuable.
