Active Drug Ingredient: Chlortetracycline.

Directions for Poultry:
For treatment of chronic respiratory disease air sac infection and infectious sinusitis hexamitiasis synovitis.

Dosage:
Mix 1 teaspoon per pound of feed. Mix 1 tablespoon per 5 lbs of feed for prevention of the above stated diseases. Feed continuously for 7-10 days.

Do Not feed to chickens producing eggs for human consumption.
