Shipping Info

Shipping charges on most orders (unless otherwise noted) are based on the value of the order. Please refer to the chart below for your shipping charge. This total includes handling fees. The shipping chart is for the contiguous U.S. Please call for rates to AK, HI, APO addresses and US Territories. We are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Most orders are processed within 48 hours. Lambert Vet Supply processes orders Monday-Friday, excluding company recognized holidays. If you have a back order situation, you will be notified by email. Customers must be available to sign for packages. In some cases, an adult signature is required. Lambert Animal Health Care is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable packages.

Shipping Options:

We offer Standard Service (2-7 days), 3-Day Service, 2-Day Service and Next Day Service. All in-transit times are business days (M-F). We use Priority Mail, UPS and FEDEX.

Vaccines and perishables are sent via 2-Day Service, Monday-Wednesday and Next Day Service on Thursdays to ensure safe arrival. All vaccines and perishables are sent in a cooler with ice packs. When a perishable item is chosen, a cooler/ice pack charge will be added to your shopping cart.

Orders marked "Special Shipping" will not have a calculated total. Shipping charges will be calculated by a Customer Service Representative and you will be notified of the charges prior to shipping your order. A $1.75 handling fee will be added to all orders that require special shipping. The chart below does not apply to "special shipping" orders.

Please note that by selecting the "Expedite Shipping" option, you agree to allow LambertVetSupply.com to process your order without contacting you with calculated shipping charges. Selecting this option DOES NOT mean your order will be shipped next day service.
