Suspend.Squeeze drip chamber to fill one-third full.Open CAIR clamp and allow solution to expel air from set. Close CAIR clamp. Attach set to the access device.Adjust flow with CAIR clamp. To stop flow at CAIR clamp without disturbing setting lift tubing upward and into shutoff slot.Note: When I.V. tubing is stretched or tugged all manual flow control clamps may lose flow control effectiveness.Replace per CDC guidelines or health care provider policy. Not for insertion into blood or plasma containers.Discard after single patient use. Do not resterilize. Do not store at extreme temperatures. Fluid path and areas beneath undisturbed pretective set covers are sterile and nonpyrogenic in intact unit package.Note: This set contain DEHP. |
