Brandon Bleich, R.P., is a 2002 graduate of University of Nebraska Medical Center, where he earned a doctoral degree in Pharmacy.

Brandon has worked since 2002 as a Pharmacy Manager at a local pharmacy and has been employed as a pharmacist at Pet's Choice Pharmacy since April 2005. Because of Brandon's diverse educational and career experiences, he is highly knowledgeable in both human and veterinary medicine.

All orders for prescription medications must be accompanied by a veterinarian's original prescription and must meet the following criteria in order to be processed. Prescription medications may not be eligible for expedited delivery.

Pharmacy Laws:

8-006.04B -- A prescription MUST contain the following information PRIOR to being filled at a pharmacy.

1. Name of owner and species of the animal
2. Name of drug
3. Strength of the drug
4. Dosage form of the drug
5. Quantity of the drug
6. Directions for use
7. Date of issuance
8. Vet's name with signature
9. Number of refills authorized

28-1437 -- A prescription may be transmitted by facsimile (FAX) to the pharmacy ONLY by the prescribing veterinarian. The prescription CAN NOT be faxed to the pharmacy by the owner of the animal. The owner may obtain the original prescription from the vet and MAIL it in.
