- set up a new pet recovery service
- update your pet’s information
Step-by-step process: - When you first receive your new ID tag go to petid.com and click on 'Set up New Record' and enter your unique tag number.
- On the next page enter your password. (Your new tag number is your temporary password) Click Enter.
- On the next page enter your pet’s information and click 'Update'.
