The perna canaliculus in Glyco-Flex II EQ is produced by freeze-drying the entire mussel (excluding the shell) of the perna mussel from New Zealand. Product also contains glucosamine manganese and msm. The perna canaliculus glucosamine and methylsulfonylmethane provide optimal connective tissue support. Perna mussels are rich in all the major classes of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) including chondroitin - 4 - and - 6 - sulfates as well as amino acids polypeptides and nucleic acids (RNA and DNA).
Active Ingredients per 21 g scoop of Pellets: | perna canaiculus (green lipped mussel) | 3 000 mg | | glucosamine hcl | 2 000 mg | | methylsulfonylmethane | 1 000 mg | | manganese (as manganese amino acid chelate) | 50 mg |
Inactive Ingredients for Pellets: alfalfa apple flavor cane molasses propionic acid sorbitol vitamin E complex wheat germ meal.
Directions for use of Pellets:
Three (3) level scoops twice daily for 4-6 weeks. Then drop back to 1 scoop twice daily divided between a.m. and p.m.
For horses over 1200 lbs give 1 additional scoop daily.
