Encevac-T With Havlogen Intervet Toxoid-VaccineEncephalomyelitis Vaccine Eastern Western Killed Virus-Tetanus Toxoid Description: A formaldehyde inactivated adjuvanted polyvalent equine vaccine-toxoid consisting of Eastern and Western Equine Encephalomyelitis viruses and purified Tetanus Toxoid. Neomycin polymyxin B nystatin and thimerosal added as preservatives. Indications: For immunization of healthy horses against Eastern and Western Equine Encephalomyelitis and Tetanus. Dosage and Administration: For primary immunization aseptically inject 1 mL intramuscularly and repeat the dose in 3 to 4 weeks. A 1mL dose should be administered annually and at any time epidemic conditions exist or are reported and exposure is imminent. Precaution(s): Store at 35° to 45°F (2° to 7°C). Shake well before using. Use entire contents when first opened. Caution(s): Local reactions may occur if this product is given subcutaneously. Inject deep into the muscle only. Injury should be followed by a booster dose of vaccine containing Tetanus Toxoid. Consult your veterinarian regarding indications and precautions for the use of tetanus antitoxin.
