An immuno-nutritional aid for the management of chronic inflammatory conditions in horses. Contrary to many NSAIDs Duralactin has demonstrated no hepatic renal or gastrointestinal toxicity. Duralactin Equine is not a drug or steroid but a milk-derived product that works differently from NSAIDs or steroids.

Description: Duralactin Equine contains MicroLactin™ a patented milk-derived high protein product from hyperimmunized cows that contains factors that appear to inhibit neutrophil participation in the inflammatory response.Duralactin Equine does not share the mechanism of action of any known drug and is not a cycloxygenase (COX-1 or COX-2) inhibitor.
Indications: Duralactin® Equine is intended to be used as a nutritional aid for the management of chronic inflammatory conditions including musculoskeletal disorders (i.e. arthritis).
Composition: Each scoop of Duralactin Equine contains 7 000 mg of MicroLactin™ (dried milk protein) maltodextrin molasses and vanilla flavoring. The recommended dose is two level scoops mixed with feed daily. Vanilla-flavored granule packaged in an 850-gram bucket. |
