Hand-held microchip scanner will read and recognize both the Home Again and the Avid brand microchips. It will also recognize the existence of other types of microchips however will not read them.

Avid Return Policy:

• If you have a defective scanner please phone into customer service and give them the scanner's serial number.
• If scanner is under warranty the scanner will be sent in for repair. If scanner is not under warranty and you would still like it fixed the charges will be solely up to you.
