AVID EquineChip™ is lifetime identification for your horse. Unlike some other chip brands that may be barbed on the end or have plastic caps, Only AVID microchips are sealed with a special coating called Paralyne C. AVID chips are completely coated with this smooth biocompatible sealer. When properly injected, they will not migrate.

AVID EquineChips are 125kHZ and can be read by multiple scanners.

Horse owners chip their animals for reasons, such as: Proof of ownership, theft protection and recovery, disaster recovery, health certificates, medical records, farm management, event entries, registry ID, sales documents, and protection from slaughter.

Each kit contains everything you need to microchip, register and protect your horse, for life. Chips last the lifetime of your horse.
